Teaching Clients Marketing - a split training approach
Over the past 18 months, Urszula Richards has been involved in delivering training for the Digital Enterprise Program, an initiative of the Federal Government to digitally up skill small business - primarily in the area of online marketing. It has been a great exercise in teaching business owners with varying degrees digital skills and marketing knowledge.
What she learnt as a result of this process is something she now uses with her own clients, in order to help them really ‘get’ the point of marketing rather than simply ‘do some Facebook’ or ‘send some emails’.
